The world needs people who are real and relevant and more anointed, full of integrity with practical wisdom, and who can lead and minister effectively. In this century it is important to have people who will not compromise the unadulterated word of God, who are also committed to expressing the true love of God.

At WILMI, you will be able to discover and develop your God given purpose and become effective in the Body of Christ. You will also discover skills and strategies to help become all that God has called you to become without being hindered by the "Status quo".

When you graduate from this specially designed institute you will have the tools and knowledge needed to "study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of the truth" (II Timothy 2:15). You will be able to contribute to your local church and play a major role in church planting projects by fulfilling the great commission (to make disciples of all nations).

The curriculum will cover a wide range of subjects to enable you to not only be effective in ministry but to also develop strategies and skills that are needed for effective leadership. You will gain three important fundamental skills for the aforementioned specially designed program:

- A solid foundation in the word and how to present it.
- Strategic Church planting and Leadership skills.
- Personal and Professional Development Strategies.
